Delectronics B.V. is a Dutch company active in the field of electrical engineering. It was founded in 2007 and started out as a holding company, as one of the shareholders of the IC-Design company Axiom-IC. In 2013 Delectronics sold its shares in Axiom IC. Axiom IC got acquired and is now part of Teledyne. Via consultancy services, Delectronics remains involved in Teledyne Enschede, as well as in its audio spin-off Axign.Delectronics is owned and founded by Daniel Schinkel. In-house projects
Next to its work for customers, Delectronics is working on a number of in-house product developments. These in-house projects all have a highly innovative and long-term character. It is the aim to spin-off successful projects into separate companies to bring the products to the market. Meanwhile, these projects also increase the depth and width of the expertise within Delectronics.Business models
